Information you send

The inquiry form collects your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, project type and contact consent. You can also include the existing surface, approximate driveway size and a description of the work. Send only the details needed to discuss your project.

How inquiries are handled

The site operator uses these details to review your request and contact you about it. HubSpot stores the inquiry and contact record on the operator’s behalf. The submission also records its time and the source page, without its query string or fragment. This integration does not add a visitor tracking cookie or send a visitor IP address to HubSpot.

Your required consent applies to contact about this inquiry. It does not sign you up for a newsletter or marketing email list. Submitting the form does not make a booking or create a construction agreement. Any proposed referral to a contractor will be discussed with you before your details are shared.

Calls and texts

The website number is managed through CallRail. Calls are forwarded to the site operator and may be recorded. CallRail stores call details such as the caller's number, time, duration and recording. Text messages are received in the operator's CallRail messaging app.

Website and service providers

The web server and service providers may process request information needed to operate the site, deliver inquiries, troubleshoot errors and protect against abuse. The form sends its information through the website’s server to HubSpot. This site does not add advertising pixels or analytics tracking scripts.

Privacy requests

To ask about access, correction or deletion of your inquiry, use the inquiry form, choose “Not sure yet,” and begin your message with “Privacy request.” Include the email address used for the original inquiry so the operator can locate the record. The operator may need to confirm your identity before changing or disclosing a record.

Inquiry records are kept as needed to handle the request, follow up and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask the operator to stop contacting you about your inquiry.
